- Print the Reflect on implementing ELLA poster, and display it in a prominent place at your preschool or school.
- Use the poster to begin conversations about what skills you and your team already have that contribute to the ELLA program. this may be related to the ways you will introduce the ELLA apps to the children. Take note of these interactions and keep them as evidence for your Quality Improvement Plan or school reporting.
- Find out if any staff enjoy setting up creative play spaces. Could they replicate spaces from the ELLA apps?
- Think about including families. How can they contribute to your implementation of ELLA?
