App 6: The Polyglots at the Park
I have been learning Korean using The Polyglots apps
Here are some of the things I have discovered in App 6: The Polyglots at the Park:
This is a table that educators can use to share children's learnings with their families. It is a list of "I can…" statements. Each "I can…" statement has a scale that allows the educator to record how the child is progressing with App 1: The Polyglots in the Playroom.
The scale has three labels:
- Doing sometimes with assistance
- Beginning to do independently
- Regularly doing confidently
The first line states:
- I can respond to some simple instructions in Korean using action words. For example:
|
걸어! |
Georeo! |
Walk! |
|
춤춰! |
Chumchwo! |
Dance! |
The second line states:
- I can use some adverbs in Korean. For example:
|
빠르게 |
Ppareuge |
Fast/quickly! |
|
느리게 |
Neurige! |
Slowly! |
