I have been learning French using The Polyglots apps
Here are some of the things I have discovered in App 7: The Polyglots in the Town:
This is a table that educators can use to share children's learnings with their families. It is a list of "I can…" statements. Each "I can…" statement has a scale that allows the educator to record how the child is progressing with App 1: The Polyglots in the Playroom.
The scale has three labels:
- Doing sometimes with assistance
- Beginning to do independently
- Regularly doing confidently
The first line states:
- I can name some shapes in French. For example
Un triangle Triangle Un carré Square Un cercle Circle
The second line states:
- I can recognise the meaning of some words written in French
The third line states:
- I can say goodbye in French
